I was afflicted by various manner of bugs, literally from day one! Ants were there to greet me at move in and outstayed myself, slugs made a frequent appearance, with special appearances from worms, crickets and a couple of roaches. I never saw mice but I trust those mouse traps were put by someone for a reason . I literally witnessed slugs crawl in through cracks beneath the sliding glass doors. Even made it's way in no doubt through one of the cracks.

I have not had any issue living in the community. Office staff have been pleasant people to work with and issues I have had were addressed in a timely manner. Everytime I call about anything I get a response back.
