Once you’ve signed a lease agreement and approved to live in Tall Pines Estates your will be provided with one mailbox key. What kind of agreement is required just for the leased lot? We require a Rules and Regulations Lease Agreement Application be filled out before approval.
There are currently mobile home parks in the Soddy Daisy area with homes or available lots listed on MHVillage. All charges including rent are due on the 1st of the month. Any payments received after the close on the 5Th of the month will be considered late, and will be subject to applicable late fees, as outlined in your prospective lease agreement. Our facility has a full time security and maintenance crew to handle whatever needs may arise. Tall Pines Estates is conveniently located near a number of shopping centers, hospitals, public parks, and walking trails.
